Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

For cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, the full booking amount will be charged.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
